I would've thought allergy, but I have allergy medicine. I am icing it right now to see if it goes down or something. but uhhh...

FLIST! I have a request of you!

Next week, I have a football game on Halloween. We're prooooobably going to be on TV and our band director is letting us dress in costume for the half-time show and for the rest of the game. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN.

I have no clue what to dress as, I need suggestions please~

J-just a couple guidelines:

- this game might be televised, so nothing too controversial
- I go to the University of Houston and our mascot is the Cougar, so nothing that would make me look like I have my school
- I will have to march in costume, so something with mobility
- I will likely only have 5-10 minutes AT BEST to change, so nothing too complicated to put on
- I am 5'7" and 110 lbs, I have cross-dressed before and have no objections to cross dressing again
- the phrase poor college student needs to be remembered
- I only have about a week to put it together, and I have a paper due Monday and another paper due the Monday after that

and I think that is it!

SO PLEASE, HELP A POOR BOY OUT!

ETA 1 our show is going to be Night on Bald Mountain and Michael Jackson... so something I can dance in would be nice

god I've felt so neglectful lately. I've been so caught up in other things I've abandoned this journal for like a month. lol xD;;

SCHOOL HAS BEEN SCHOOL-LIKE, I've been having fun in uni, made some friends, stayed up until four writing papers (btw, ilu tyltyl for staying up with me ;;), AND WENT TO FOOTBALL GAMES AND SAW MY TEAM KICK ASS, FUCK YEAH.

hahaha, I am going to be a zombie next week. WHEN I WASN'T WRITING PAPERS, I was playing CFUW Sekirei (for those of y'all who don't know, CFUW, is campfuckudie's IC version of the Mafia game) and... just look up Sekirei guys, because that's the manga this round of CFUW is based on... Even though I'm not in the round anymore, I'm just stalking this game like whoa. /is a voyeur

...and I've surprisingly learned a lot of things about Spain playing this game... even though I played Turkey during the game |D

AND GUYS, I HAVE JUST LEARNED THE WONDERMENT OF BAGELS AND THEIR DELICIOUSNESS. I had a bagel sandwich with turkey and... some sort of cheese, and o-omg it was so gooooood

so college so far hasn't been that bad. I still have marching band to go to today, but the classes I've had today have been interesting. A teacher who tells us to go out and do something stupid is great in my head. :Db

I start school again in a month /o/;;

College will be one big adventure for me, and I think I'm ready for it. I have some reading to do for college so I think it's best I stay away from RP for a while (plus it helps that I've been in a little rut with RP and I needed a break)

oh god I'm feeling so dead-ish right now and I don't even know why. I slept for six hours last night and only took like an hour nap or so today. I've felt better after only sleeping for like two or three hours, but right now I just don't feel it. :|

and here I was thinking I was going to canon review for Spain and Spanish history and culture because I've been thinking my characterization of Spain lately has been a little lacking, but I can't even retain what's been happening in the strips and if I can't do that, then lol, how can I remember Spanish history. xD;

so I got my AP test results today

I got a 4 on US Government and Macroeconomics and a 2 on Calculus AB, Statistics, and English Lit

....HOLY FUCK HOW DID I GET A 4 IN GOVERNMENT AND A 2 IN CALCULUS AND STATISTICS?!!

I thought for sure I failed Government and got a negative score in Calculus NOT TO MENTION I HAVEN'T TAKEN STATS IN LIKE A YEAR PRIOR TO THE EXAM o/

...w-well at least I got good scores on the tests I really cared about FUCK YEAH!

IN OTHER NEWS, I got back yesterday from a two day orientation at my college and I now have my schedule~ I'm taking 14 hours for my first semester and I'm pleased with the classes I'm taking \o/

Human Situations Discussion 2:30 - 4
Marching Band 6 - 9

TUE and THUR: College Algebra 2:30 - 4
Geology Lab 4 - 5:30

FRI: Human Situations Lecture 12 - 1
Marching Band 6 - 9

Human Situations is the ADVANCED Freshman Composition class for the Honors college. The Honors college, based on your application either puts you in Human Situations or Honors Freshmen Composition so yeaaaaah /o/;; I ALSO NEED TO GET A LOT OF BOOKS BY DEAD GREEK PEOPLE AND ONE DEAD ROMAN GUY sob I love college already, though I'm a bit stuck on what to do between 1 and 6 on Fridays since I live 30 min away by freeway from my school and the time I would be coming back would be at the height of rush hour, so I may just hang out in the library.

Today my family went on an impromptu trip to the beach where we just chilled in the shade of a palm tree and read. my family can be so awesome at times.

ETA I just splurged on buying all of Gankuotsu (or however you spell it o/) and all that is released on Baccano! I will own those DVDs :|b

hahaha, so I need to wake up in about an hour and a half for me to go to my college orientation, but i've been tossing and turning all night, i just can't sleep.

i love my parents, i really do. but the fact that they still treat my like i'm 7 is really grating my nerves. i want to start becoming independent, but that won't happen if they still treat me the way they do. i don't know, maybe i haven't really acted like a 17 year old to them. who knows, but one thing for sure, i REALLY don't want them to take up my mac.

for one thing, that is really treating me like i'm 7, and for another...I REALLY love my mac ;;. IDK about this whole thing. we're both at fault in my opinion....so who knows where this whole thing takes us.

...by the way, my mac is named tinymidget (my nickname for Holy Roman Empire |D)
