So a while back, Saito encountered a version of his brother. And now he finally knows the truth about Abel and Cain and how it applies to him.

So he invited Naoya to have sukiyaki with him.

It's a nice restaurant - the floors and walls are made of polished mahogany, there are both booths and tables, and the waitstaff is efficient, helpful, and naked from the waist up, since they're all Yaksinis.

...you can probably see why Saito would like this place.
